Research Application
Welcome to Special Collections & Archives. All visitors are requested to complete the Application for Use before using collections. Within you will provide contact information and find the rules regulating the use of Special Collections & Archives rare materials.
Use License Request Form
If you are planning on using any Special Collections & Archives materials for publication or public distribution, please fill out the Use License Request Form. Fee Schedule for the cost of reproductions.
Reproduction Request Form
Request photocopying or scanning of Special Collections & Archives materials using the Reproduction Request forms. Please see the Fee Schedule for the cost of reproductions. On-site visitors are free to photographs items without flash for their personal or educational use.
Research Services Request Form
Researchers are responsible for conducting their research. A Research Service Request can be made for Special Collections & Archives staff to perform limited and timed research for specific and clearly defined requests. All Research Services Requests must be approved by the Head of Special Collections & Archives. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for the price of Research Services.
Fee Schedule
Please refer to the Fee Schedule for the price of photocopying, printing, scanning, publication, public distribution, or research requests. A discount is offered to non-profit organizations and members of the Utah Tech community.
